One Drug. One Unsolved Problem. A 10x Market Expansion.
A specialty pharma company with 51% revenue growth, no debt, no generic competition until 2033, and a market expansion story the street is still catching up to.

For decades, cisplatin-based chemotherapy came with a tradeoff oncologists couldn’t solve. The drug was one of the most effective tumor killers in the arsenal - but it also caused permanent hearing loss, especially in children. There was no approved way to protect patients’ hearing during treatment.
One company changed that.
It developed and commercialized the only FDA-approved product to reduce the risk of cisplatin-induced hearing loss in pediatric cancer patients. A genuine clinical breakthrough - and now a commercial story that’s accelerating fast.
Product sales grew from $29.6 million to $44.6 million in a single year. Q4 revenue hit $13.8 million - up 75% year over year. Management says the company delivered quarter-over-quarter growth in every quarter of 2025, and that momentum carried into 2026.
The debt is gone. All of it. The balance sheet is clean - $36.8 million in cash, zero debt.
And the real market opportunity? It’s about 10 times larger than the one they’re currently selling into.
The pediatric indication was just the entry point. The adolescent and young adult market - where cisplatin use is far more common - is where management is pointing the commercial engine now. A large community oncology practice has already added the product to formulary. New clinical studies are building the evidence base in adults. Europe is launching. Japan data came back positive.
The company just settled its only patent litigation. No generic entry until at least September 2033.
Here’s what I find interesting:
Revenue acceleration: $44.6 million in 2025 product sales, up 51% year over year, with five consecutive quarters of growth
Clean balance sheet: $36.8 million in cash, zero debt, after fully redeeming all outstanding obligations
Market expansion: The AYA market is roughly 10x the size of the current pediatric indication
Patent protection: Cipla settlement extends the generic-free runway to at least September 2033
Global rollout: European launches underway through Norgine, Japan registration being pursued after positive trial results
The company is...
